Returns
You have 14 calendar days from the date of delivery to request a return. To be eligible, the item must be unused, in the same condition you received it, with any original packaging.

Exceptions for On-Demand Items
For items produced on demand (books, prints, etc.), returns are only accepted if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if there is an issue.

How to Return

Once approved, we will send return instructions.

Pack the item securely and send it back within the allowed period.

Refunds
After we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of the status. If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within a few business days.

Return Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are typically the responsibility of the buyer, except in cases of defect or mistake on our part (in which case we’ll cover return shipping).
